Short Term investments are considered investments 6 months or less. Most of the time a short term investment we also refer to as a property "flip" where we purchase, renovate, and resale the property within a 6 month time period. The ROI is reflective of total client returns.
Long Term Investments
Long Term Investments are considred 12 months or more. Most of the time a long term investment we also refer to as a "hold & flip"where we purchase, renovate, aquire a tenant, manage, then sale at a market peak or desired time frame. This is considerd a lower risk investment and ROI is measured monthly and at final sale.
Pooled Investments maybe short or long term and benefit for from pooling investors funds to secure often larger and more complicated deals. Returns are disbursed based on percentage pooled and these deals maybe residential or commercial in nature.
